from here you will be able to log a support call and open a remote support session.
Log a support Call
To log a support ticket with our service desk, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and our IT team will respond within your agreed service level agreement. (This service desk is available for Contact Customers only, if you do not have an existing contract, please call the office on 01-4064600 for assistance)
The following information is required:
Company Name, Your Name, Contact Number & Details of support issue to be resolved
You will receive an email from service desk to confirm a new case has been logged under your account. You will then be notified by email when an engineer is assigned to your case.
The Service Desk can also be reached by telephone during office hours.

** Requests For Change**
The cut off for processing Requests For Change is 1600 Monday to Thursday and 1200 Friday.
Requests received after the cut off will be rolled over to the next business day.
