2 days a week onsite, 6-month contract, Hybrid remote for a company based in Dublin City Center.
We are looking for a Vendor Analyst to manage vendor relationships, evaluate performance, and ensure effective contract management. You will help optimize vendor performance, analyse data, and drive cost-efficiency across our vendor network. Managing vendor relationships and contracts, negotiating terms, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the company and vendors for day-to-day operational issues.
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Procurement, Finance, Operations) to ensure alignment with vendor agreements and contractual obligations.
- Managed day-to-day vendor relationships and ensured compliance with contracts.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance, ensuring SLAs are met.
- Analyze vendor data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in contract negotiations and ensure timely renewals.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements.
- Monitor and assess vendor performance, including service level agreements (SLAs), quality of goods and services, and overall compliance.
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations and feedback sessions to ensure continued satisfaction and value delivery.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years in vendor management or procurement.
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Proficient in Excel and vendor management software.
- Experience working in an IT environment
- Insurance or healthcare will be considered a plus(not a must).
