Description
My client is looking for a Vendor Management Analyst based in either Dublin or Kilkenny on a hybrid basis. (2 days per week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a point of contact for vendor and contract management queries, providing advice and guidance on policies and procedures.
- Lead procurement activities within Group Technology, including creating evaluation criteria and assisting with tender completion and evaluation.
- Manage contract data in the contract management system, ensuring routine updates and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
- Collect and report on vendor performance, supporting data collection, and creating standard reports on contract performance.
- Monitor Vendor KPIs/SLAs, ensuring effective performance management and escalating service exceptions to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support risk management and vendor relationship teams, identifying and assessing risks and vulnerabilities.
- Assist with the development of new practices, processes, and standards within the organization.
- Utilize systems such as GRC, Planview, SharePoint, and JIRA to support vendor management and procurement activities.
Required Experience:
- Experience in working with vendor management and procurement frameworks
- Experience collaborating with technical teams to develop and agree, on status reporting
- Strong ability to analyze and develop accurate conclusions to support decisions based on data.
