HRIS Analyst
Hybrid Working model – Dublin city centre
12 months Fixed term contract
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HRIS Analyst to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and data analytics and the ability to analyse and interpret data to support HR decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing HR system – including reporting, maintenance of HR information and implementing new features
- Data integrity – ensuring security and integrity of the HR data through regular audits and maintenance which involves generating various reports
- Collecting, analysing, and interpreting HR data from various sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant systems to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Identifying trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in general HR processes and policies.
- Generating regular and ad-hoc reports on headcount, turnover, recruitment, payroll, gender pay gap and other HR metrics.
- Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualizations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to key stakeholders.
Compliance – ensuring the HR system complies with company policies and relevant laws e.g. GDPR
HR Support:
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Staying updated with HR trends, industry benchmarks, and best practices to enhance HR data analysis capabilities.
- Participating in HR projects and initiatives related to data analytics, including HR system implementations, process improvements, and automation.
- Maintaining data privacy and confidentiality standards in handling sensitive HR data.
- Providing support to the HR executive in the processing of the monthly payroll for all employees, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions.
Experience:
3 years of HRIS experience of experience working in complex organizational structure
Proficiency in HRIS systems preferable CoreHR
In-depth knowledge of HR processes, metrics, and KPIs.
Professional certification in HR data analytics,
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and present complex data in a clear and meaningful way. Identifying trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to payroll data, HR metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desirable:
Experience in Gender Pay Gap analysis and reporting is desirable.
Experience in the Core HR system (People DX) is desirable.
