My client, a leading financial services firm in Dublin is actively looking for a Business Analyst with experience in wealth management for a long term daily rate contract. Excellent Domain knowledge experience essential for this role.

- Ability to create a clear and concise business case detailing the options considered, CBA data, impact & risk analysis, and conclusions
- Elicit Requirements using a variety of methodologies. Interviews, data analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business process analysis, and workflow analysis.
- Ability to lead workshops to drive the scope, identify, agree, and prioritise business requirements.
- Ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive requirements documentation, (product requirement, functional requirement, etc…)
- Requirements Sign off – Ability to co-ordinate requirements walk-through and sign-offs, verifying with user representatives/stakeholders that overall requirements and defined processes accurately portray specific business needs. Ability to liaise with and present to all levels within the company.
- Understanding of software development methodologies(Agile and Waterfall) and cycles. Experience with Agile methodology writing user stories, partake in scrum meetings and prioritising the project backlog.
- Hands-on analysis of client requirements, business processes improvements, and solution priorities for projects both small and large, and of varying complexity. The ability to successfully balance competing priorities from multiple business divisions to arrive at an overall statement of requirements that achieves business objectives with the support of all key stakeholders
- Partake in the test preparation and test execution steps with the business and development teams to ensure that the products delivered meet the business requirements defined.
- Ability to work with all Stakeholders to help drive prioritisation across multiple business areas.
Skills and Experience Required :
- 5+ years Business Analysis experience. Experience in the wealth management industry would also be extremely beneficial
- Ability to clearly document client business processes & requirements, in particular, writing detailed specification documents for use by internal and external development and test team
- Drive proactive engagement with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to employ business knowledge to design, validate and implement IT solutions.
- Capture, consolidate, and communicate all information from the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to the rest of the team.
- Excellent interpersonal skills as a self-starter in a team environment; highly motivated to exploit opportunities by leveraging internal and external partners
- Demonstrated ability to employ business knowledge to design, validate and implement IT solutions.
