DESCRIPTION
This role is focused on delivery to the company businesses which are based in Germany and Dublin. We are looking for someone with all the capabilities and competencies of an excellent Project Manager in the Agile environment.
Role Key Responsibilities:
The role holder will need to demonstrate capability in the following areas:
- Demonstrate proficient knowledge of Scrum, Agile theory, methodology, techniques, rules, and practices, estimating/sizing, planning, forecasting, reporting, conflict resolution, and facilitation
- Knowledge of current and emerging Agile industry trends and best practices and internal or external business issues to improve team efficiency
- Focused on Scrum Master responsibilities on assigned teams, helping to resolve complex problems, taking a new perspective using existing solutions
- Ability to lead, plan, execute and evaluate project activities, contributing to team’s direction and function; providing advice to the team and delivering leadership
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across teams and functions
- Skill in using analytical tools, data analysis methods, and reporting techniques
- Skill in using computer applications to deliver the project including Jira and Confluence
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form to all levels and types of stakeholders (i.e. business, technology, sponsors, and control functions)
- Demonstrates adaptability, flexibility, and creativity in their approach to stakeholder engagement and work to support the Agile transformation agenda
The ideal candidate will have the following technical competencies, experience, and skills:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate degree
- Certified Scrum Master and 3-5 years of Scrum Master experience
- Typically requires 5+ experience as part of an Agile delivery team
