Java Developer

We are looking for a Junior Java Developer to join a (remote) team with one of our clients. 6 Month contract.

Responsibilities: 

• Programming of Java, J2EE/JEE, JSP, JavaScript, HTML, XML, CSS and SQL application components based on detailed design specification
• Maintaining, tuning, and repairing applications in order to keep them performing according to technical and functional specifications
• Performing preventative maintenance activities
• Integration of technical and application components to meet business requirements
• Providing User Support
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation
• Detailing designs for new application modules & interfaces and changes to existing modules and interfaces
• The production of Unit Test Plans
• Building and Unit Testing of new modules and interfaces

Experience: 

• Minimum of 1-2 years post-grad experience
• Java programming in a J2EE/JEE environment
• Development and deployment of Java Server Pages (JSP)
• Use of HTML, XML, JavaScript and CSS
• Development of SQL queries
• Development and implementation of web services technology
• PDF generation
• Bootstrap
• JSON
• Maven/Gradle
• Development and deployment of Java Server Faces (JSF)
• Struts 1&2
• Spring MVC Framework
• ADF
• Working with Oracle Databases (Oracle 10g or higher) using JDBC
• Working with PL/SQL stored procedures, packages, functions and triggers in Oracle 10g or higher Production of Unit Test Plan
