Senior Project Manager – Office 365 Implementation

Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to work on a large Office 365 implementation Project

About the Role
As a Project Management, you will make sure that the project is delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality.

You will be responsible for planning all phases of the project, as well as keeping stakeholders updated regularly on progress and status, managing risks and issues and monitoring budgets.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and maintain a detailed project work plan, including appropriate controls, governance structures and monitoring to ensure on-time, on-budget and quality outcomes
  • Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality and risks and propose and implement adjustments as necessary
  • Oversee, report and respond to project issues and risks
  • Develop and implement change management processes
  • Grow and maintain good relationships

 

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering Office 365 implementations projects to large organisations
    Have 5+ years of consulting project management experience
  • Impeccable communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational planning skills and understanding of portfolio management concepts
  • Effective problem-solving skills with an ability to identify issues and resolve, or identify the internal resources to assist
