Service Delivery Manager
Permanent fulltime
Location: Dublin West
Hybrid role – will need to go onsite at least 1/2 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor Service Delivery Metrics (including levels, incidents and process), proactive approach when actions are required
- Maintain and monitor performance levels
- Attend meetings with clients when required
- Provide report dashboard as part of service review
- Strong communication skills, experience with process review and implementation
