- Management of laboratory and radiology diagnostic orders catalog
- Optimization of diagnostic workflows
- Support and maintenance of laboratory and radiology order configuration
- Support and maintenance of laboratory and radiology interfaces to 3rd party providers
- Provide guidance on training material and lessons
- Issue management and escalation related to diagnostic orders catalogue
