Business Operations/Sales Support Administrator
Initially 6 months daily rate contract.
- Track new business deals through-out the booking process, manage any issues or escalations along the process to a resolution to meet quarterly deadlines
- Salesforce reporting on deals (from pipeline to won), making sure sales team have their new deals updated accurately each month for accurate forecasting (monthly, quarterly, and yearly)
- Experience using salesforce system
- Support other PM’s with the new project/order booking process
- Ensure that all flagged projects are booked each month end.
- Pricing support, Project reports
- Utilization Forecasting Monthly for Ireland
- Resource Broker – Work with aligned CDMs/Business Managers/Escalation Manger/ Resources to plan assignments to fulfil resource requests/ maximize utilization/ minimize bench Scheduling
- Third Party (3P) Resources – Contract and PO Management
- Manage 3P POs
- Timesheets & Approvals
- Checking backups
- Raise new PO’s for Contractors
