Description
Looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst with Dynamics CRM experiebxe to produce structured test plans based on functional requirements.
Develop comprehensive test cases for System, UAT and Regression testing (both automated and manual)
Creating, executing and recording the results of test cases
Tracking of progress of test phase and reporting to Team Lead with regular updates.
Raise & track defects, highlight potential risks
Ensure quality standards are maintained at all times
Develop process improvement initiatives
Experience:
Minimum 3-5 years QA and software testing experience
Experience in testing Sales Support Systems, Mobile App Systems and Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Experience in interrogating SQL server databases through the use of SQL queries is essential
Exposure to test in a financial services environment preferably Life and Pensions
Experience in testing on data driven projects
Experience with bug and issue management tools applicable to this role including JIRA
Experience with test case management tools including Test Rail
Education:
ISTQB or similar related qualification desirable
IT related qualification would be advantageous
