PMO Analyst
Initially a 6 months daily rate contract
Role:
- Provide PMO services to IT Management, Finance dept. and other business functions as required.
- Provide PMO support services to Project Managers
- Administration and support of change governance operating model
- Support organisation wide change status reporting processes
Responsibilities:
- Support governance and reporting processes for organisation wide change initiatives
- Governance Meetings:
Prepare PMO materials
Collate and circulate all materials in preparation for key governance meetings
Build annual schedule of meetings and set up calendars
Circulate minutes and follow up actions
- Support the governance and tracking of change projects
- Maintain the project register
- Develop and maintain key PMO processes and procedures.
- Programme Management Office support. The production of the following key artefacts – IT Score Card, PMO Dashboard, Information Register, CDM , PMO Website, EUC Compliance
- Support Financial management processes
- Support Planview administration
Profile:
Dynamic, self-starter
Skills/Experience:
- Strong people relationship skills with proven ability to negotiate and influence
- Successful track record as a PMO/Business analyst with minimum 5-7 years’ experience in financial insurance sector
- Strong analytical skills with ability to assimilate large amount of information, prioritise and distil to key issues
- Highly proficient, skilled and experienced MS Office user
- Recognised PM certification or equivalent is desirable
- Planview (or equivalent) system experience is desirable
