Description
PMO Analyst
Initially a 6 months daily rate contract
Responsibilities:
- Work with project delivery teams to ensure effective project governance is applied throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure the PMO standards, procedures, tools and templates are rolled out and used consistently and effectively in all projects
- Collate data and gather updates from project teams and stakeholders across the lines of business to prepare monthly and quarterly project and programme status reports
- Assist with the management of the PMO Change Management Process
- Track and report on Project profitability / budget status, Project/Programme analysis and reporting such as Exception management and decision making reporting
- Maintain a centralised overall programme plan based on individual plans from all workstreams within the programme
- Act as a guide and support for Project Managers in their correct use and application of Process and tools
- Manage the upkeep of Risk, Assumptions, Decisions, Issues log
- Track completion of key deliverables across the programme
- Own and maintain the PMO repository
- Responsibility for coordinating service access requests
This ideal person would have the following:
- Experience working in a PMO
- Experience working in the financial services industry
- Experience communicating at all levels from executive to team level. Strong verbal and written skills
- Experience producing reports to enterprise standard appropriate for a senior audience
- Experience in planning, organising, and controlling resources and tasks
- Experience of Project Management / Application Delivery methodologies
