We are looking for a helpdesk support to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.
- Desktop Operating Systems
- Basic hardware for PC’s
- Basic Active Directory preferred
- Basic Office 365 administration
- Service Management system
- CompTIA certification or any IT graduation
- Minimum 1-year experience in a Service Desk environment
- MCSA/MCITP certification desirable, but not a must.
- Driving license required.
