Description

We are looking for a helpdesk support to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems. You will answer queries on basic technical issues and offer advice to solve them.

Knowledge of:

  • Desktop Operating Systems
  • Basic hardware for PC’s
  • Basic Active Directory preferred
  • Basic Office 365 administration
  • Service Management system

 Skills:

  • CompTIA certification or any IT graduation
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a Service Desk environment
  • MCSA/MCITP certification desirable, but not a must. 

 Driving:

  • Driving license required.
