As Senior Test Manager of the SuccessFactors Implementation Programme, you will be a key asset to the business.
- Leading the HR SF Implementation programme test phase. Delivery the test phase across multiple countries and divisions. The HR SF Programme includes the implementation of the SF Modules and changes to the impacted line of business applications/interfaces.
- Preparation of test strategy, approach, and plan
- Contribute to the test scripting and execution as appropriate
- Direct, train, advise and support subsidiaries and Divisions with their test planning and execution. The test team will comprise largely business users and Systems Analysts.
- Manage / Lead the test execution
- Monitor and report on test progress, maintain the list of issues and their resolution. Report test results
- Prepare test summary
- Maintain project & test compliance activities
- Support the overall programme delivery
- Co-ordination of the testing activities.
- Good leadership & stakeholder management.
- Liaison/management of sub-contractor testing deliverables
- Report to overall programme management and delivery manager.
Ideally, you will have experience in the testing of an HR Administration systems and associated interfaces and data migration
