In this role you will grow the engineering team, manage project goals, execution, production deployment and operations, and develop your teams’ careers and growth.
You’ll love this job if:

- You can be a subject matter expert in an infrastructure domain, translating and helping expand a product vision into engineering objectives, and be accountable for delivering them

- You participate in the engineering process from design to review and provide feedback to ensure best practices (e.g. style, testability, efficiency and design for operations)
- You regularly measure the impact of your team and set clear expectations and goals
