My client, a successful Irish organization, is looking to hire a Level 1 Helpdesk Support contractor. This is an initial 12 month daily rate contract, based in their head office in Dublin 22.
This is an in-house Helpdesk position, for someone who has experience troubleshooting IT issues, supporting Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange issues, network connectivity issue break and fix.
- A+ certification and preferable to have ITIL foundation
- Minimum of 12 months helpdesk support experience
