From our Dublin based Service Centre, Sabeo Technologies operate a Service Desk as a single point of contact covering a complete portfolio of support, maintenance and managed services for enterprises. The service desk is backed by a dedicated and qualified technology support team addressing incidents, configuration changes and queries logged by our customers.
We offer a series of Support and Maintenance Services covering a diverse range of technologies all backed by formal Service Level Agreements. Our Service Centre policies and procedures are based on the ITILv3 framework with all of our engineers holding an ITIL qualification.
IT Operations & Administration
We also offer remote or onsite operational and administrative services to our customers to manage and maintain specific ICT environments or indeed their whole ICT infrastructure in some cases. We operate a full and professional service transition procedure including the development of service level agreements, operational run-books, holiday and illness cover, call management processes.

Service Management & Flexibility
Our Service Managers ensure that service quality is maintained and offer proactive service advice through regular meetings with our clients. We also support our customers for irregular or unscheduled work such as provision of support cover or specific skills for evening or weekend work. We also offer temporary cover or technical staff provision for holiday, illness or maternity absences.
